GSA’s Johnson wants to help agencies deliver change

Administrator Martha Johnson tells Federal News Radio her agency is working on a top-to-bottom review of how they measure mission success.

Martha Johnson, now two months into her job as administrator of the General Services Administration, used her IRMCO speech last night to further outline her agenda for transforming the agency. Federal News Radio’s Tom Temin spoke to her afterwards, and she expanded on a new role for GSA, starting with the idea of the agency being a change agent for the entire government.
