The Senior Medicare Patrol is a program within the Administration on Aging. They recruit and train senior volunteers to educate their peers about preventing, detecting and reporting Medicare and Medicaid fraud. We talked about the program with Kathy Greenlee, the Assistant Secretary for Aging at Health and Human Services. She tells Federal News Radio about the Senior Medicare Patrol, and about the award they won from the National Healthcare Anti-Fraud Association.
