September 17, 2013 — This week on “Off the Shelf”, Tom Sharpe, commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration joins host Roger Waldron to discuss how FAS can help its customer agencies save time and money.
He will talk about the Federal Acquistion Service’s Value Proposition and speciific programs such as IT GWACs, assisted services and multiple award schedules.
Sharpe will also go into detail about category management, explaining what it is, and what it means for FAS and its industry partners.
