January 6, 2015 — As the 114th Congress convenes, Tom Davis, director of Federal Government Affairs for Deloitte, and former Congressman from Virginia’s 11th District, provides his insights on and, ramifications of, the 2014 elections.

Along with Marin Frost, Richard Cohen and David Eisenhower, Davis has co-authored a new book titled: “The Partisan Divide: Congress in Crisis”.

The book examines the ongoing partisan conflict that dominates Washington and prescribes solutions to overcome the divide and reform Congress.

Davis talks about the underlying causes of the partisan divide and the potential solutions on “Off the Shelf” .
