A new report is warning federal managers that pay freezes and potential furloughs could have top talent fleeing the federal workforce. The study by the Partnership for Public Service and Booze Allen Hamilton says agencies need to ramp up recruitment and retention efforts. Ron Sanders, Senior Executive Advisor for Booz Allen Hamilton and Former Chief Human Capital Officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, said the reasons people leave are not the same reasons people stay.
