When you boil it down, federal agencies are really made up of two main ingredients: People and money. You’ve got to attract and retain the right people. And you need enough money for all of the tasks. Those issues seem to be overlooked in the current political climate and Bob Tobias, professor in the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to provide some perspective.
