January 27, 2015 — This week on “Off the Shelf”, Carolyn Alston, executive vice president and general counsel for the Coalition for Government Procurement, and Bill Gormley, chairman of the Coalition for Government Procurement, and president of the Gormley Group, take a look back at the year that was for GSA and government-wide contracting.
