The Leukemia Ball is Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington DC. The event raises money for life-saving cancer research and patient programs funded by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). This year’s ball is being hosted by Craig Melvin, TODAY Show Host and MSNBC Anchor, Lindsay Czarniak, Fox Sports and Host of Lunch with Lindsay.

The 2024 Leukemia Ball theme will be United In Mission, highlighting the 75th anniversary of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Co-chairs for this year’s event are Kimberly Davis-Riffe, Senior Partner at KMPG and Carl Bergeron, Senior Vice President at Truist.

Guests at the 2024 gala will enjoy entertainment from the Grammy nominated, Emmy and Peabody-Award winning actor, writer, producer, director and comedian, Craig Ferguson!

Craig Ferguson is a New York Times bestselling author and has recorded numerous standup specials for Netflix, Epix, Comedy Central and Amazon. The wildly popular Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson ran on CBS for ten years and remains a cult favorite on YouTube, racking up millions of views every year. We know he will keep guests laughing and continue the tradition of star-studded entertainment that the Leukemia Ball has upheld for over three decades.

The silent auction is one of the area’s largest, featuring a variety of local and exotic travel packages, unique experiences, and highly desirable items courtesy of our hotel and business partners.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is pleased to announce that the 2024 James L. Eichberg Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to General President Emeritus of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, Terry O’Sullivan. For nearly 20 years, O’Sullivan has been a champion for LLS and is being honored for his support and dedication to the mission through the Leukemia Ball, funding critical research to advance cures for lymphoma and myeloma.
