There Are No Robots in the Federal Government (Except for the ACTUAL Robots in the Federal Government)

It is easy to be intimidated by the complexity of the federal marketplace. The most important thing to know is that the federal marketplace is comprised of living, breathing human beings. They have feelings, opinions and biases. They have similar business and emotional responses to things just as those outside the federal marketplace. However, they also don’t go home and speak in federal government jargon and acronyms. Treat them like consumers, not like robots.
