The Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions RFP could produce contracts worth $50 billion over 15 years, and will replace the current Networx contract by 2020. The Government Accountability Office said agencies can save a chunk of that if they bought more of those services in bulk, i.e., strategic sourcing.
