Robert “Bob” Rhoad is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Crowell & Moring and is active in the firm’s Health Care, Government Contracts, White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement, and Antitrust groups. He is co-leader of both the firm’s Government Procurement Fraud/False Claims Act and Health Care Litigation Teams.
