* Gourmet vinegar? As a holiday gift? Uh-huh? Chef Daniel Liberson, owner and self-proclaimed Vinegar Geek at Lindera Farms, brews vinegar for some of America’s top restaurants, including the Michelin-starred ONES here in DC, from ingredients he forages just across the river from DC. – listen in to our taste-test to learn why it’s cool to give the gift of vinegar to the home entertainers and cooks in your life.
* Entrepreneur Juanita Britton is founder and CEO of BZB International, Inc. and produces the BZB Holiday Gift and Art Show in Shaw. This is the show’s 27th year at the Shiloh Baptist Church on 9th Street in Shaw and features more than 60 local, U.S. and international artisans’ and small businesses’ awesome products.
