* Always scrambling to get dinner on the table after a jam-packed day? Then meet Today Show and Washington Post contributor Aviva Goldfarb, inventor of the Six O’clock Scramble, a website (and cookbooks) that put easy, simply prepared and wholesome meals on your table in no time at all.
* Tea is in, and nowhere more so than at the Park Hyatt’s tea cellar. The hotels resident tea expert, Christian Eck is in with sips and info about tea’s diverse, great tastes and many health benefits.
* Cocktails are hugely popular and so is cocktail glassware. Retailer Victoria Vergason of The Hour is in with contemporary and vintage glassware to makes any cocktail even more special.
* Speaking of cocktails, Chris McNeal, GM at Bar DuPont, loves bitters. He created as a new bitters blending program enabling patrons to add special flavors to their favorite cocktail concoctions. We’ll be taste-testing a bunch of ’em!
