Sherrill Nicely is heading up the change in how the entire government is moving from a static system certification and accreditation process to a real-time operational one. Nicely, the deputy associate director for national intelligence, says there are eight documents that are close to completion that will affect not only the intelligence agencies and the Defense Department, but the entire government. Nicely hopes many of the new polices will be finished by June and a new government wide guide later this summer.
