There are some odd moments in ones life, and this is one of them. We’re talking to somebody who effectively has my former job — David Rapp is the editor in chief of Federal Computer Week. In addition to that, Rapp is also the editorial director for all of the 1105 Government Information Group’s publications and Web sites. Rapp was with Congressional Quarterly for years before leading a dot com. Last month, he was hired by the 1105 Government Information Group.Click to hear the interview.
