How safe are your federal benefits?

There has been a lot of discussion surrounding federal pay and benefits both here and abroad.

The BBC is reporting the UK has not only put a freeze on benefits but they are also cutting back on pensions.

So, what is the U.S. facing? Are we in better shape — or are we worse off?

Senior correspondent Mike Causey says the cuts are big, but not surprising.
