A Pew study found more Americans are using mobile apps to access the internet wirelessly

More than half of Americans use a mobile device like a laptop or even a cellphone to wirelessly use the internet.

So what are the best ways for agencies to utilize this technology?

We talk with Aaron Smith, research specialist at the Pew Internet and American Life Project, who says that agencies need to remember that large groups will never look on their website via a home computer with a broadband network.
