Labor Management forums definitions

Employee unions and federal mangers are having trouble coming to a consensus on the common definition of several terms or phrases outlined in the President’s executive order creating Labor Management forums.

While it’s not stopping agencies from moving out with bargaining pilots, it is causing some confusion during the planning phase.

Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joined Chris Dorobek on the Dorobek Insider and shared details on how the National Council on Federal Labor Management Relations wants to solve this issue.
