Mr. Duquette has over 35 years experience in Federal accounting and auditing and is one of Deloitte’s leaders in the Federal Manager’s Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), OMB Circular A-123, and the Improper Payments Information Act (IPIA). His experience includes 17 years with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), as the early leader of GAO’s audits of Federal agencies and government corporations, and 13 years with the Department of Health and Human Services, as a Deputy Inspector General. Since joining Deloitte, he has been focused on assisting Federal agencies strengthen their internal controls and compliance, including implementing FMFIA, IPIA, GPRA, and OMB Circular A-123.
