More than 400 vendors today, participated in the Homeland Security Department’s cybersecurity directive industry day. The companies wanted a glimpse of what DHS’s needs are under the multi-billion dollar initiative. But instead, DHS turned the tables on them. FederalNewsRadio’s Jason Miller caught up with Admiral Mike Brown, DHS’s acting assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications, about the industry day and the department’s other cyber plans.
