The General Services Administration’s new program office to manage its multiple award schedules must look at agencies as more than an ATM. Glenn Perry, the Education Department’s director for contracts and acquisitions management, says GSA should be more focused on helping agencies meet their mission as a partner and not looking at the agencies as providing money to support GSA’s mission.
