There have been so many events on 2008’s procurement landscape — the departure of Lurita Doan from GSA, the SARA panel made its recommendations for the procurement system… there was the ongoing tussle over the Air Force tanker deal… and the mandatory disclosure rule, which became effective late in the year… And there is likely to be no let up for the year to come.
