The In Depth Technology Board exists to get new technology into the hands of Feds and former Feds who will be making decisions about whether – and how – that technology will help them fulfill the mission better. The first piece of technology we’re looking at is the netbook. Today’s debut program focused on the Lenovo IdeaPad S10; future programs are scheduled to examine netbooks from HP, Dell, and Samsung.

For the netbook series, my fellow board members are former GSA Administrator Lurita Doan, and former Transportation CIO Dan Mintz.
