The Obama administration has asked the nation’s top spymaster for his resignation.

The rocky relationship between the President and Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair was evident during a series of meetings earlier this week.

Some government insiders are saying the White House didn’t support the intelligence leaders because they sought to control major intelligence decisions themselves.
