TSP changes and automatic enrollment updates

Some changes have come to the TSP.

All FERS employees are now eligible to receive agency contributions.

Also, for 2009 only, there are no required minimum distributions.

And . . . when do automatic enrollments start? (Hint: sooner than you think.)
