The budget battle on Capitol Hill is raising questions about federal contracting.

President Obama has promised to sign a two-week continuing resolution that cleared Congress this morning.

But that doesn’t mean the companies that work with government are in the clear. Agencies are still waiting for a final answer on 2011 spending.
