• Subpoena issued for former HHS CTO

  House Republicans issue a subpoena for Todd Park, former CTO of HHS, to testify about his role in launching Healthcare.gov. Park has already refused to testify before the House Science Committee five times, according to committee chairman Lamar Smith. The White House says it has the subpoena and will not stop Park from testifying.
