There are a number of new Committee Chairs on Capitol Hill as Congress gears up for its next session. Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA.) is now Chair of the Intelligence Committee, Sen. John Rockefeller (D-WV.) has moved to the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, and Sen. Daniel Inouye (D-HI) is head of Appropriations. What should we expect with all of these changes?
