Volunteer diplomacy abroad is getting some very high level-kudos. We’re talking about the Secretary of State’s Awards for Outstanding Volunteerism Abroad. The awards are being handed out by The Associates of the American Foreign Service Worldwide, a non-profit representing Foreign Service spouses, employees and retirees since 1960.
