A bill that could make it easier for unions to organize has caused quite the debate on Capitol Hill. If passed, the Employee Free Choice Act would allow unions to be formed if a majority of employees sign cards in support of the union. Last week, we talked with Bill Samuel, Director of government affairs with the AFL-CIO, which supports the Act.
