Testing the veto threat

Debate over the future of the F-22 fighter jet comes to Capitol Hill this week. The Senate could vote as early as today on an amendment to the 2010 defense authorization bill that would strip the legislation of almost $2 billion dollars allocated for seven new F-22s.
