When responding to a dangerous disease, speed is important. And when Ebola headed toward U.S. shores in 2014, the Homeland Security Department mobilized quickly. But DHS also had training and coordination issues that may have resulted in unscreened Ebola carriers getting into the United States. That's according to the DHS inspector general.
