Account General Manager, DHS/NPPD and I&A CSC Josh has spent the last ten years at CSC supporting the Department of Homeland Security in various roles including cybersecurity and communications, information sharing and critical infrastructure protection, and is currently the Account General Manager leading CSC’s efforts within the Department of Homeland Security’s NPPD, I&A and S&T Directorates as well as leading our response to the Continuous Diagnostic Mitigation/ Continuous Monitoring as a Service (CDM/CMaaS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Previously, before joining CSC, he supported Private Sector clients and designed and deployed large IT projects, managed code development, and led international systems integration, cybersecurity and performance management tiger teams for various Fortune 500 companies.. Highlights of his private sector work include deploying one of the first managed services within a Tier-1 ISP using a Microsoft platform, a remote helpdesk and international patch management system for Unix and Microsoft platforms for a global financial interest with more than 75k servers, an global asset management system for a oil and gas manufacturer, and a global POS system for a major US retailer.
