Rick Holgate: Stepping down as ATF CIO

Rick Holgate has been the chief information officer at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in the Justice Department for the past six years. His service at ATF is over though. Friday was his last day and he's leaving for a very different reason than most people leave government. Rick joins the Federal Drive with Tom Temin to review his tenure at ATF and talk about his future.
