Rob Weichbrod has been ensuring the welfare of laboratory animals for 40 years. As Chief of Animal Program Administration at the National Eye Institute, he sings the praises of a group of people who have become valuable, dedicated and hard-working members of the team. He explained his discovery of the potential he’s found in those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) on  Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
