As the Census Bureau charges along towards the 2020 decennial count, it is dealing with many project schedules. Some of them lack the elements of sound planning, and that could affect the reliability of the master schedule. Robert Goldenkoff is director of strategic issues at the Government Accountability Office. He talked about preparations for 2020 on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
