William Collinson Biography

William Collinson is currently the Acting Director of FDA’s Office of Financial Management. He has also served as the Director of the Division of Financial Systems Support along with the Division of User Fees.

Prior to serving in the public sector, Mr. Collinson worked for 16 years in the financial services industry, manufacturing, and has been the President of his own company. He has also held the Branch Manager and Controller positions in the private sector.

Mr. Collinson has a B.S. in Business Administration from Salisbury University and a Masters of Science in Financial Management from the University of Maryland.
