The General Services Administration is culling the IT schedule herd. Over the last year, GSA has canceled about 1,000 Schedule 70 contracts. Kay Ely, GSA’s director of IT schedule programs in the Federal Acquisition Service, tells Federal News Radio Executive Editor Jason Miller why GSA is undertaking this reduction effort and what benefits they see from it.
