Congress will get a say in cybersecurity policy. The White House says it will let Congress legalize some policies that the administration had wanted to authorize. NextGov reports that this way will be faster. If the Administration just tries to push policy through, it has to go through a cost benefit analysis and public comment periods. That takes time, and lawmakers say the issues are too urgent to wait.
