The Navy wants more small IT companies to compete for the service’s contracts.
The Navy is now offering advice on how small business can be successful competing for these contracts.
Terry Halvorsen, the chief information officer at the Navy, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the Navy’s efforts to attract small-business IT contractors.
The Navy has scheduled a panel discussion, “How Do Small Businesses Play in Today’s Changing Budget Environment?” at the Navy’s West Coast conference.
Halvorsen provided advice and best practices for small businesses in today’s changing budget and contracting environment.
