Construction, technology and modernization projects are among the biggest areas agencies could see additional money, if Congress passes the economic stimulus bill. The House Appropriations Committee marked up the bill this afternoon. Most lawmakers agreed that something has to be done now to lift up the economy. But some are concerned if the bill will grow the government too much. FederalNewsRadio’s Jason Miller joins us with details of the bill and the markup.
