The Army is freezing its wearable computer program.

The Pentagon’s Configuration Steering Board says it’s pausing development of the program while they figure out the best way to include devices like smart phones.

Wired reports the Board will give its recommendations for Next Warrior to the Defense Acquisition Board. The Army says the program is definitely NOT being canceled.
