More than three quarters of federal websites are not using security measures to stop the hijacking.

NextGov reports the leader of the General Services Administration’s dot-gov internet domain, Lee Ellis, says the cost of the right equipment isn’t the the problem — the delays come from a lack of technical understanding.

He also says there is no reason the mandate shouldn’t already be fully implemented.
