These are the stories Federal News Radio reporters are working on today.

Vendors winning a recompeted services contract don’t automatically have to hire workers from the losing incumbent contractor. That is one of the misconceptions about the Labor Department’s new rule, which it issued Monday. Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joins us with details on the final rule which implements President Obama’s 2009 executive order.
From a hodgepodge of paper records, digital databases and scanned images, the Army is working to create the first authoritative data source for who’s buried where in Arlington National Cemetery, including a digital photograph of each and every gravesite.
