Bad news from the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey could be a lot worse. Federal employees’ opinions of senior management falls to a five-year low, according to the results from the Office of Personnel Management. Positive responses for 32 of 77 questions are down this year, mostly by about a percentage point.
