A stronger economy is persuading senior executives to leave their jobs in the federal government. Twenty-three federal chief information officers and other senior IT leaders left their positions in 2014. One reason why is more industry job opportunities because of the improved economy. Prashant Gaur is president of Credence, and former Director of Enterprise Integration at the Defense Department.
