Assessing the threat of terrorists with nuclear weapons

CNN\'s Brian Todd has more.

It’ll take Iran about a year to create a nuclear weapon, and they might be able to do that in three to five years.

Military and intelligence officials testified before Congress today — but would not publicly address whether the U.S. has changed its assessment that Iran isn’t seeking a bomb.

CNN Washington Correspondent Brian Todd went through scenarios where terrorist groups could get their hands on a nuclear weapon.

He tells Federal News Radio about his research with one expert who explains just how it might happen.
