Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said he wants Congress to authorize EINSTEIN as the Act does. Rep. Will Hurd (R-Texas), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Information Technology subcommittee, is the sponsor of the EINSTEIN Act.
