President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team has cleared itself of any wrongdoing in the “pay to play” scandal surrounding Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. That news coming from a report the team put out. At issue was whether Mr. Obama, or anyone working for him, entertained the idea of selling his vacated Senate seat.
