Ron Woody is a Senior Solution Architect at Xerox who delivers cutting -edge solutions stemming from his greater than 25 years of delivering a holistic approach to constituent servicing. His success in delivering excellence to over nine federal agencies such as Citizenship & Immigration Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Veterans Affairs is rooted in his ability to marry domain experience, customer need, people performance, and evolving technologies. As a leader in the implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, which delivered Relay Services for the speech and hearing impaired in 11 states, and delivering strategy and operational excellence to one of the largest immigration facilities in the United States, he is recognized not just as subject matter expert, but as a mentor, advisor and consultant to agencies and industry alike who want to deliver the tailored, consistent and efficient solutions to their constituents. Ron credits his ability to be a successful leader to his adaptability and on-the-ground thinking which led him to turn a former grocery store into a contact center in a 90- day period.
